What is your refund policy?
Regular Return & Refund Policy
You may return most new, items sold and fulfilled by TraceMinerals.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the product bought. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). However, we will not pay the return shipping costs if you decide to return the item under your own volition.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders are processed after one business day that the order is placed they are then shipped within 2-6 business days, however, we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm MST. We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their products is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of product. Due to the increase of orders received during the Holiday season these times will vary.
